My initial contact with Mike went well with no pressure. The fact I couldn't trade my old bike extended my process because I had to sell it. Mike checked in weekly and offered ideas for selling it. Gary got involved and when I told them i was purchasing the Indian it was old school with my word holding the bike until I got the down payment in. A small issue after delivery was quickly taken care of. Being a man of my word, it was nice dealing with group of people raised the same. I would definitely do business with them in the future even though they are almost 9 hours away.
